The CHCSS00123 – Dementia Support Skill Set is a nationally recognised program designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals living with dementia.
This skill set is ideal for aged care, community services, and disability support workers who assist people with dementia in residential, home, or community care environments.
Learners will gain practical strategies for communication, person-centred care, and responding to challenging behaviours while promoting dignity and wellbeing.

Entry Requirements
