During the pandemic, COVID-19 work and study were both successfully transitioned online. While things are getting back to normal, many individuals are not so eager to completely give up the convenience of learning from home or would like to be at least given the option to balance face-to-face and online learning. Therefore, Australia Learning Institute has allowed the learners to take up blended learning as a training option with flexibility in all aspects of the learning journey.
The learner is not bound to interact with their peers, trainers, and assessors in a physical journey. We ensure that the interaction, communications, space, and educational philosophy are consistent regardless of being online or face-to-face.
We have integrated the technology effectively to enhance the learning experience for learners and the training experience for trainers.
Learners have an option to attend their classes with our trainers in a more traditional face to face classroom setup while also completing components of the course, such as online activities and assessments, outside the classroom on our interactive Learning Management System (LMS)
Benefits of doing a Blended Learning
Real-time submissions and feedback- Blended learning doesn't affect any progression of a learner. Learners are provided ease of being always up to date with the assessment submission due dates and the feedbacks.
Access to engaging content- Students are not limited to just print media. They get access to engaging content from across the world through videos, podcasts, and presentations.
The quality learning experience with the ease to navigate and manage workload.
It improves the learners' digital literacy and provides them with the tools to access the course material anytime for revision.
